The short version: Fuzzy Pop! does not collect any personal information from you. No accounts, no emails, no tracking. We serve child-safe, non-personalised ads only.

We collect no personal information. Fuzzy Pop! does not require you to create an account, enter a name, provide an email address, or share any personal details to play.
The only data stored is your game progress and high scores, saved locally on your device using standard platform mechanisms (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
Fuzzy Pop! is free to play and is supported by advertising via Google AdMob. We have configured AdMob with the following child-safety settings:
TagForChildDirectedTreatment = True. This disables personalised ads, remarketing and behavioural targeting entirely.TagForUnderAgeOfConsent = True is set for all requests, disabling consent-based data processing for users in the EEA and UK.MaxAdContentRating = G restricts all served ads to General Audience rating only — no adult content can appear.AD_ID) has been removed from our app manifest. Fuzzy Pop! offers an optional "Remove Ads" purchase. All payment transactions are handled entirely by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We never see, store or process your payment information. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policies for details on how they handle payment data.
We take children's privacy very seriously. Fuzzy Pop! does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app requires no registration, no login and no personal information to play.
Ads served within the app are non-personalised and restricted to G-rated content only, in full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not use any analytics service. We do not track gameplay sessions, screen time or user behaviour. Crash reports may be automatically collected by Apple (via Xcode Organizer) or Google (via Play Console) as part of their standard platform services — we use these only to fix bugs.
PlayPal Apps operates no servers. We do not store any user data in the cloud or any remote database. All game data (scores, preferences) resides solely on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
If you are located in the EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. The app does not contain links to third-party websites. This website may contain links to Google's privacy policy and Apple/Google store pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
