How do I extract colours from a photo?

Tap the camera or gallery icon on the home screen. Pick a photo and Palettely will instantly extract a palette of dominant colours. Tap any colour to copy its hex code.

How do I create a moodboard?

Go to the Moodboards tab and tap "New". Choose a template or start blank. Add images, colour shapes, and text. Drag, resize, and rotate to arrange your board.

Can I export my palette as a wallpaper?

Yes! After extracting colours, tap the share icon and choose "Colour Wallpaper". Pick from 14 pattern styles and save or share the generated wallpaper.

Does Palettely support Procreate?

Yes. Tap share and choose "Procreate Swatches" to export your palette in the native .swatches format that Procreate can import directly.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. All photo processing happens entirely on your device. Your images are never uploaded, stored, or shared with anyone.

How do I save my moodboard?

Moodboards are auto-saved as you work. Tap the back arrow to return to your boards list. To export as an image, tap the share icon in the top right.

Is Palettely available on both iOS and Android?

Yes! Palettely is free on both the App Store and Google Play.
