How do I restore my Pippet Pro purchase on a new device?
Sign in to the same Apple ID you used to purchase, install Pippet, then open Settings → Pippet Pro → Restore Purchases. Pippet Pro will be re-applied automatically. It also works via Family Sharing.
I bought Pippet Pro but it shows as locked. What do I do?
Try the same Restore Purchases flow above. If it still doesn't work, email us with your Apple receipt or a screenshot — we'll help sort it out. (We can't see your Apple receipt automatically; Apple keeps that private.)
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are processed by Apple, not us. Visit Apple's Report a Problem page and select the Pippet purchase to request a refund directly from Apple.
Does Pippet work without internet?
Yes — Pippet is fully offline. The only optional internet-using features are Game Center leaderboards and the App Store purchase flow, both provided by Apple. The game itself plays entirely without a connection.
Why is the Live Activity not showing in my Dynamic Island?
iOS suppresses your app's Live Activity in the Dynamic Island while that same app is in the foreground (it would be redundant). To see it, lock your phone or background the app during a run — the activity will appear on the Lock Screen and in the cutout. Make sure Settings → Pippet → Live Activities is enabled.
I'm on a non-Pro iPhone. Will I miss anything?
The drawn Pip and the in-game experience are identical. Live Activities on non-Pro iPhones display on the Lock Screen and in Notification Center instead of the Dynamic Island (which only exists on Pro models).
How do I unlock the Cosmic / Demon / Ghost / Pixel / Frost skins?
Each is gated behind a specific in-game achievement (e.g., "Defeat 5 bosses" unlocks Demon). The Skin Picker shows the requirement on the locked tile. Alternatively, Pippet Pro unlocks all 10 immediately.

How do I delete my data?
Pippet stores nothing about you off your device, so there's nothing for us to delete. To wipe your local data (high scores, settings, etc.), uninstall Pippet — iOS removes all of it.
