Terms of Use

Effective date: 9 October 2026 · Developer: Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps)

Short, because the game is simple. By installing or playing Bloom Blocks you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Bloom Blocks on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game or its artwork, sounds or code.
• Remove copyright notices or pass the game off as your own.
• Use the game in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
• Interfere with ads or purchases, for example by using tools that fake ad views or unlock paid features.

3. Ads and purchases

Bloom Blocks is free and shows ads. The optional Remove Ads purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes the ads between games. It is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds follow their policies. You can restore the purchase on another device signed in to the same store account.

4. Petals and other in-game items

Petals, themes and achievements exist only inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be bought with money, sold or transferred, and are lost if you uninstall the game or reset your progress.

5. Ownership

The Bloom Blocks name, artwork, sounds and code are owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). Capacitor is used under the MIT License. Some interface icons follow the Feather icon set, used under the MIT License.

6. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.

7. Privacy

How the game handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and changes

We may update the game and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the effective date above.
