By downloading or using Fuzzy Pop!, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
PlayPal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Fuzzy Pop! for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the app.
Fuzzy Pop! is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Children under 13 should use the app with parental guidance. By using the app you confirm you are entitled to agree to these terms under the laws of your country, or you have parental/guardian consent.
Fuzzy Pop! offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All purchases are:

The free version of Fuzzy Pop! displays advertisements via Google AdMob. All ads are child-safe, non-personalised and rated G. You can remove ads permanently via the in-app purchase. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how ads work.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app; use cheats, exploits or automation tools; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its services; use the app for any unlawful purpose.
All content in Fuzzy Pop! — including graphics, sounds, game logic, names and the "Fuzzy Pop!" brand — is the property of PlayPal Apps and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not use any of it without our written permission.
Fuzzy Pop! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the app at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayPal Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us directly (which in most cases is nothing, since the app is free).
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
