1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use DailyStreak on devices you own or control.
2. DailyStreak Pro
DailyStreak is free to download and use with up to 3 habits, with no ads. DailyStreak Pro is an optional purchase that unlocks unlimited habits, full-year history for every habit, two streak freezes per month, share cards without the watermark, CSV export and habits on set days of the week.
- One-time purchase. Pro is bought once, for US$4.99. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. The price in your country and currency is shown in the app before you buy, and may include tax.
- Payment and refunds. Payment is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds follow their policies and are requested from them.
- Restoring. The purchase is tied to the store account that made it and can be restored on your other devices from the DailyStreak Pro page in Settings. A purchase made on the App Store does not carry over to Google Play, or the other way round.
3. Not a medical product
DailyStreak is a habit tracker. It is not a medical device, a treatment or a substitute for professional care, and it makes no promise about your health, fitness or any condition. Streaks, completion rates and achievements are for your own motivation only. Please speak to a qualified professional before starting a habit that could affect your health, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its design, artwork or code.
- Remove copyright notices or pass the app off as your own.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
5. Your data
Your habits, check-ins and settings are stored on your device. We have no copy of them and cannot recover them if the app is deleted, the data is reset or the device is lost. You can save a backup file from Settings at any time. See the privacy policy.
6. Ownership
The DailyStreak name, icon, design and code are original works owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). What you write in the app is yours. Open-source components and fonts are used under their own licences. DailyStreak is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device; when a reminder arrives, in particular, depends on your phone's notification and battery settings. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including a lost streak. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
8. Updates and changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the effective date above.
