How can we help?

Fidgety is made by one person, and that person answers the email. Most questions are covered below.

Talk to a real person

Email us and we will reply personally, usually within seven days. Please mention your device (for example "iPhone 17" or "Pixel 9") so we can help faster.

Haptics and sound

I can't feel any vibration

Open Settings in Fidgety and check that Haptic feedback is on and set to Strong. Then check the phone itself: on iPhone, Settings > Sounds & Haptics > System Haptics must be on; on Android, touch feedback or vibration must be on in the system sound settings, and some battery-saver modes switch it off. iPads have no haptic motor, so Fidgety is silent to the touch there.

The haptics feel weak or buzzy

How a tick or a thud feels depends on the motor in your phone. Recent iPhones and higher-end Android phones give crisp, distinct taps; some phones can only buzz. Fidgety asks the system for the right kind of feedback, but it cannot change the hardware.

I can't hear anything

Check that Sounds is on in Fidgety's Settings and that your media volume is up. On iPhone, Fidgety's sounds follow the ring/silent switch, so they are muted in silent mode.

How do I turn the sounds off?

Open Settings in Fidgety and switch off Sounds. Haptics keep working.

Can I make the haptics stronger or softer?

Yes. Under Settings > Haptic feedback choose Gentle, Medium or Strong. You can also switch haptics off there.

The fidgets

The marble doesn't move when I tilt

Marble uses the motion sensor, so tilt the whole device rather than swiping. If your device has no motion sensor, or the app was not allowed to use it, drag on the tray to roll the marble instead. If neither works, email us your device model.

Shaking doesn't clear the sand

Give the phone a short, firm shake. If nothing happens, the Smooth button in the corner of the tray does the same thing.

How do I spin the spinner?

Put a finger on it and drag in a circle, then let go. The faster you were moving when you let go, the longer it coasts.

How do I pop a lot of bubbles at once?

Keep your finger down and swipe across the sheet. Every bubble you cross pops. When the last one goes, a fresh sheet appears.

How do favorites work?

Open a fidget and tap the heart at the top right. Your favorites then appear in a row at the top of the home screen.

What are the numbers at the bottom of the home screen?

A running count of how much you have fidgeted on this device: a total, plus bubbles popped (including the warm-up strip on the home screen) and clicker taps. They are stored on the device only.

Fidgety Pro

Can I try a Pro fidget before buying?

Yes. Pro fidgets show a TRY badge on the home screen. Tap one and you can use it for 30 seconds; a bar at the top counts down. Each Pro fidget gets a fresh 30 seconds every day, and time you do not use is kept for later the same day.

What does Pro include?

Eight more fidgets (Slider, Switches, Knob, Beads, Stress Blob, Marble, Zen Sand and Worry Stone) and four extra accent colours. Pop, Clicker, Spinner and Tap Pad stay free.

What does it cost?

US$4.99, once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. The exact price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy.

I bought Pro but the fidgets are still locked

Open Settings in Fidgety and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the store account that bought it. If that does not help, email us.

I changed phones, or reinstalled the app

Install Fidgety, open Settings and tap Restore purchases. The purchase follows your store account. On Android it usually restores by itself the first time you open the app.

Can I use Pro on both my iPhone and my Android phone?

No. A purchase made on the App Store covers your Apple devices, and one made on Google Play covers your Android devices. The two stores do not share purchases.

The Unlock button says Pro isn't available

The app could not reach the store. Check that you are online and signed in to the App Store or Google Play, then try again.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.

Privacy

Do I need an account?

No. Fidgety has no sign-up.

Does Fidgety have ads?

No, in either the free version or Pro.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Every fidget works with no connection. The app only goes online for the Fidgety Pro purchase.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Everything the app stored is removed with it: settings, favorites and counts. See the privacy policy for the detail.
