1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Fidgety on devices you own or control.
2. Fidgety Pro
Fidgety is free to download, and four of its fidgets are free to use for as long as you like. Fidgety Pro is an optional purchase that unlocks the other eight fidgets and four accent colours.
- Trying first. Each Pro fidget can be used for 30 seconds a day without paying. The allowance may change in later versions.
- One-time purchase. Fidgety Pro is bought once, for US$4.99. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. The price in your country and currency is shown in the app before you buy, and may include tax.
- Payment and refunds. Payment is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds follow their policies and are requested from them.
- Restoring. The purchase is tied to the store account that made it and can be restored on your other devices from the Fidgety Pro page or from Settings. A purchase made on the App Store does not carry over to Google Play, or the other way round.
- Later additions. Fidgets added to Pro in later versions are included in the purchase.
3. Not a medical product
Fidgety is a toy. It is not a medical device or a treatment, and it makes no promise about stress, anxiety, attention or any health condition. If you need help with any of those, please speak to a qualified professional.
4. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its design, artwork or code.
- Remove copyright notices or pass the app off as your own.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
5. Your data
Your settings, favorites and counts are stored on your device. We have no copy of them and cannot recover them if the app is deleted or the device is lost. See the privacy policy.
6. Ownership
The Fidgety name, icon, design and code are original works owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). Open-source components are used under their own licences. Fidgety is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device; how haptics feel, in particular, depends on the hardware in your phone. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
8. Updates and changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the effective date above.
