1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Pomma on devices you own or control, for your own use.
2. Premium
Pomma is free to use. Premium is an optional, one-time purchase that unlocks additional colour palettes. It is not a subscription. The purchase is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, is tied to the store account that made it, and can be restored on your other devices from within the app. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its design, artwork, sounds or code.
- Remove copyright notices or pass the app off as your own.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
4. Your data
Everything you create in Pomma is stored on your device. We have no copy of it and cannot recover it if the app is deleted or the device is lost. See the privacy policy.
5. Ownership
The Pomma name, icon, design, sounds and code are original works owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). Open-source components are used under their own licences. The Pomodoro method is a time-management technique developed by Francesco Cirillo; Pomma is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by him or his company.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device, or that an alert will always arrive on time, since the operating system controls when notifications are delivered. Do not rely on Pomma where a missed alert could cause harm or loss. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
7. Updates and changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the effective date above.
