From the home screen tap Start creating. Add one to five photos, type a product name and a short description, choose a format and a style, then tap Generate. The preview opens with your post ready to save.

Instagram Post (1080 × 1080), Instagram Story (1080 × 1920), Facebook Post (1200 × 628), Flyer (A4 portrait, 794 × 1123) and Presentation slide (1280 × 720). Each comes in three styles: Bold, Minimal and Vibrant.

On the preview, open the Copy tab. You get three headlines, three captions, three hashtag sets and two calls to action. Tap one to use it and the preview updates.

Tap Save to Photos to put the image in your photo library at full size, or Share to send it to another app. The first time you save, your phone asks for permission to add to your photos.

No. Postela starts in Local mode, where your own tagline becomes the headline and your description becomes the caption. Add a key only if you want the app to write the copy for you.

Open AI settings from the home screen and tap Groq, Claude or OpenAI. The page walks you through creating a key on that provider's website. Paste the key and tap Save and Activate.

Groq has a free tier and is the quickest way to try it. Claude and OpenAI are paid by usage on your own account with them.

Your key is stored in the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore on your device and is sent only to the provider it belongs to. We never see it. You can remove it at any time with Clear key on the provider's page.

Check that the key was pasted completely, that your account with the provider is active and has credit if it is a paid one, and that you are online. The message shown comes from the provider and usually says which of these it is.

No. Only the product name, description, tagline and format are sent. Photos stay on your device.

Tap Screenshots on the home screen. Enter your app's name, choose App Store, Play Store or both, and pick a device frame. Add a slide for each feature with a screenshot of your app and a headline, style it, then export.

Up to eight per set.

Yes. Background, layout, tilt, text size, text colour and device position are set per slide. The app name, device frame and frame colour apply to the whole set so it stays consistent.

For the App Store: iPhone 6.7 inch (1290 × 2796), 6.5 inch (1242 × 2688), 5.5 inch (1242 × 2208) and iPad Pro 12.9 inch (2048 × 2732). For Google Play: phone (1080 × 1920), 7 inch tablet (1200 × 1920), 10 inch tablet (1600 × 2560) and the feature graphic (1024 × 500). Save all exports every slide at the size you tap.

It should not. Please email us the exported image and a screenshot of the preview, with your device model, and we will look into it.

It removes the small Made with Postela badge from everything you export. Nothing else is locked; every feature works in the free version.

Open Settings in Postela, tap Postela Pro, then Manage subscription. That opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, where you can cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current month ends to avoid the next charge. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Open the Postela Pro page and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the store account that bought it. If that does not help, email us.

Install Postela, open the Postela Pro page and tap Restore purchases. The subscription follows your store account. Projects and API keys are stored on the device and do not move with it.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.
