1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Postela on devices you own or control.
2. Postela Pro
Postela is free to use. Exports made with the free version carry a small "Made with Postela" badge. Postela Pro is an optional subscription that removes it.
- Price and length. Postela Pro is a monthly subscription at US$1.99 per month. The price in your country and currency is shown in the app before you subscribe, and may include tax.
- Free trial. New subscribers get one month free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first monthly payment is taken. The trial is offered once per store account.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each month, and your App Store or Google Play account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that period ends.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; the app has a Manage subscription button that takes you there. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Payment and refunds. Payment is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds follow their policies and are requested from them.
- Restoring. The subscription is tied to the store account that bought it and can be restored on your other devices from the Postela Pro page.
3. Your content
The photos you add, the text you write and the images you export are yours. Postela claims no rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos, brand names and screenshots you put into your designs, and for what you publish.
4. AI providers
AI copy is optional and uses an account and API key that you hold with Groq, Anthropic or OpenAI. Your use of that provider is under your agreement with them, including any charges they make. Text written by an AI model can be wrong or unsuitable; read it before you publish it.
5. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app or its design, artwork or code.
- Remove copyright notices or pass the app off as your own.
- Use the app to make content that is unlawful, deceptive or infringes someone else's rights.
- Use the app in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
6. Your data
Everything you create in Postela is stored on your device. We have no copy of it and cannot recover it if the app is deleted or the device is lost. See the privacy policy.
7. Ownership
The Postela name, icon, design and code are original works owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). Open-source components are used under their own licences. Device frames in the app are original drawings; device and store names belong to their owners, and Postela is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Google, Meta, Groq, Anthropic or OpenAI.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device, or that an export will be accepted by a particular platform, since platforms change their requirements. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
9. Updates and changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the effective date above.
