1. Licence
Playpal Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Circus Arcade on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Your purchase of the game is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds follow their policies.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game or its artwork, music or code.
- Remove copyright notices or pass the game off as your own.
- Use the game in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
3. Children
Circus Arcade is a game for all ages and is designed to be safe for children: no ads, no in-app purchases, no internet and no data collection. A parent or guardian should install the app and accept these terms on a child's behalf.
4. Ownership
The Circus Arcade name, characters, artwork, music, sounds and code are original works owned by Naveen Raj (Playpal Apps). Capacitor is used under the MIT License. Circus Arcade is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other circus-themed game or its publisher.
5. No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always work on every device. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Playpal Apps is not liable for any loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the game and these terms from time to time. The current terms are always published at this address with the effective date above.
